Diana T. Myers & Associates, Inc. works with the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) and the Regional Homeless Advisory Boards (RHABs) to coordinate the regional rural Continuum of Care process. A Continuum of Care (CoC) is a regional or local planning body that coordinates housing and services funding for homeless families and individuals.
Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires each CoC to conduct an annual point-in-time count of individuals and families experiencing homelessness. This count takes place on a night during the last week of January.
