As of August 12, 2025, Diana T. Myers and Associates, Inc. (DMA) has changed its name to Framework Strategies!
This name change reflects the 2020 retirement of our founder, Diana T. Myers, and the continued evolution of our work in housing and homelessness consulting. Our new name and logo represent a fresh chapter for our team—one that builds on our strong foundation while embracing new opportunities to support our clients and the communities we support to expand affordable housing options and address homelessness and housing instability.
While our name and look are changing, our team, values, mission, and level of service to our clients will remain the same. Framework Strategies has been engaged in housing and community development consulting since 1988 as a mission-driven firm dedicated to our clients and the people they serve. Our mission is to help communities to expand affordable housing options and develop effective solutions to address homelessness and housing instability.
Framework Strategies strives to understand the unique needs of each client and to creatively combine public and private resources to address those needs. Our clients include federal, state, and local government agencies; housing and human service organizations; nonprofit housing and community development corporations; and professional associations.
